Custom Drupal Websites

A recent example is a long-term and maturing client that required a CMS, bilingual and WACG 2.1-compliant site. This third iteration moved from a recruiting focus to customer experience. In addition to overhauling and expanding content, allowing customers to take action and interact with agents led to integrating APIs like chat and more. RR partnered with an accessibility expert to deliver a WCAG 2.0-compliant site.+

Complex Sites and Integrations

A long-term client we began working on in 2013 has both client-facing and robust behind-the-scenes components. Over the past several months, we've rebuilt the client-facing elements of the site as a Drupal 9/10 brochure site + API service + Vue JS reporting platform. The original platform reaching end-of-life presented an opportunity to build a slicker, more responsive interface and create a better user experience using new technology. +

Contest Sites

We have built a turnkey contest platform that creates excellent vehicles for driving customer engagement in support of social and other campaigns. The platform allows us to scaffold short-term contest sites for different clients. It includes security measures, administrative interfaces, comprehensive web analytics and customer tracking. Done for a marketing firm in Toronto, end clients have included Heinz, Xbox, and Kruger.+

Care and Maintenance

For a local food chain, we support their online initiatives with a Laravel API and Vue JS online ordering platform. We've been responsible for extending and supporting both the front end and the API. While we didn't do the initial build, our involvement has been long and extensive, a good relationship for all.+
